Ronald Reagan was the 40th President of the United States. He was viewed by many as one of the most successful Presidents in our history. He was known for many accomplishments including tax cuts for the middle class, policies that have been credited with being the demise of Soviet communism, brought a charisma and optimism to the Office that lifted a nation battered by the Cold War, and lifted the economy through deregulation and tax cuts.
